Barnardos Early Learning Centre Te Totara is a community-based early education centre catering for ages 0-5 years.

The centre is licensed for up to 55 children (FTE) including up to 16 under twos. Barnardos Early Learning Centre Te Totara also offers 20 hours free education for children over three.
